Pilates is an exercise system created by Joseph Pilates during the first half of the twentieth century. It is the essence of core strength. “Pilates” is a synonym for core strength.

Beginner:
Pilates 101

Apply the Pilates principles into your workout, perform the exercises with control and precision, increase body awareness and refine transitions between exercises.

At this level you'll learn additional exercises, work deeper, and increase your range of motion, strenght, stamina and flexibility.
